Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing for Letting Go
In our recording, we will take you on a journey which will feel like a long, deep meditation. We will Guide through a Yoga Nidra which will focus on intention setting, breath, awareness and letting go. Followed by a body scan focusing on sensation and relaxation. To support you on this healing journey, Anna will use sound bowls and her voice which culminates in a sound bath at the end of the body scan.
